When did you first join the ski club? 2023
Favorite ski resort? Any place with fantastic conditions, stunning views, and great vibes. I adore them all for their unique qualities. Honestly, it’s tough to pick a favorite because I love every spot where I get to ski!
What’s the best trip (traveling wise) you ever had?
One of my favorite trips was to Maine with my dad. We used to go night skiing, and I remember we played this game called "Fox and the Rabbit." He’d chase me as I skied down the slopes, and we had an absolute blast. I still cherish those memories to this day! I believe that was Sunday River in Maine, can't exactly remember the spot.
If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be?
I’ve got dreams of hitting the slopes in Italy and Switzerland, gliding down those mountains like I’ve been doing it forever (even if I wipe out halfway down). And Puerto Rico? I’d be basking in that sunshine, probably with a piña colada in hand. Honestly, drop me anywhere on the map, and I’ll find a way to make it a blast—it’s all about turning every trip into an adventure!
Are you a member of any other clubs or organizations?
I serve on the Middle TN Boy Scout Board (now Scouts BSA) and Legends Bank Board. I belong to the Belcourt and Cheekwood and enjoy their activities.
Do you have any pets? What are their names?
I’ve got a pup named Gerdy—a solid 80 pounds of pure muscle and affection, wrapped up in an American Bulldog-Staffordshire Terrier mix. One day, she just wandered onto my property like she owned the place, no introduction necessary. I mean, she practically said, "I live here now." And honestly? I was sold. It was love at first wag. She had no backstory, but who needs one when you've got a face like that? Now, we’re the best of friends—partners in crime, cuddle sessions, and everything in between. Funny how she showed up out of nowhere, and now I can't imagine life without her.
What is your favorite hobby?
I’ve got a hobby for every season! Spring to summer, I’m basically a plant whisperer—gardening and landscaping like my yard’s about to be featured in a magazine. Spring’s my favorite, when those perennials pop up like they own the place, flashing their vibrant colors. Summer? That’s travel and kayaking time. If it involves water, I’m in! Come fall, it’s all about camping, because nothing beats the smell of a campfire and a cozy tent. And winter? Oh, I’m on the slopes, skiing like I’m auditioning for an Olympic team (well, in my head anyway). Seasons change, but the fun never stops!
