Thursday, July 31st - Ice Cream Social - 7:30-8:00 PM

Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream | Franklin

Come cool off with a scoop (or two!) and support fellow Nashville Ski Club member Matt Higgins, proud owner of the newly opened Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream franchise right here in Franklin. Let’s show some love while indulging in one of life’s simplest joys—ice cream!

Handel’s Story:
It all began during the sweltering summer of 1945 in Youngstown, Ohio, when Alice Handel started crafting ice cream using fruit from her backyard and her own cherished recipes. What started as a neighborhood treat quickly grew into a beloved brand known for quality and care.

Today, Handel’s still makes every batch fresh, on-site, and with the same love and tradition that Alice began nearly 80 years ago. From timeless classics to inventive new flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

📍 Location: 990 Meridian Blvd, Franklin, TN 37067
🚗 Parking: Free parking is available in the lot behind the shop.

🔔 RSVP: No need to RSVP—we’ll be outdoors, standing or gathered at picnic tables. Just come as you are and bring your sweet tooth!
