Wednesday, November 13th - Bourbon Tasting - 6 PM

Let’s bring in the cooler months with a bourbon toast (or five!).

This NSC exclusive tasting will feature some of the latest and highest-quality bourbons. This 5-bottle bourbon tasting is an exciting journey through the rich flavors and aromas that define the American spirit. The evening will feature a curated selection of bourbons, each offering a unique profile influenced by factors such as mash bill, the aging process and distillation methods.

Guided by Pam Howard, EBS, CSS (Executive Bourbon Steward, Certified Spirit Specialist), participants will be encouraged to observe the color, swirl the glass, and inhale the aromas before taking small sips. Each bourbon is discussed in terms of its history, production, and flavor profile, allowing guests to fully appreciate the craftmanship behind each bottle. Complimentary snacks will be served.

By the end of the tasting, attendees will have a deeper understanding of bourbon, refined their tasting skill, and perhaps discover a new favorite! It's a perfect blend of education, enjoyment, and camaraderie, ideal for both bourbon novices and seasoned enthusiasts.
