EARLY BIRD PRICING: For up to the first 8 spaces, who pay in full before Wednesday, February 5, we will have a price of $285-295/ppdo (depending on your payment method). A $100 deposit check will hold your spot until Wednesday, February 5.

WHAT YOU GET: Mix and mingle with members of the ski club or other ski clubs of the Crescent Ski Council. (Thurs eve) Optional early bird reception; (Fri AM & noon) Optional Golf, mini-golf with lunch; pickleball, or just hang by the pool, hot tub, or beach; (Sat AM - optional meetings on CSC Racing, CSC Trips, CSC Admin); (Sat afternoon) Beach Olympics, (Sat eve) DJ Party w/complimentary beverage. This year's theme is Cartoon Characters. Prizes for Best Female Costume, Best Male Costume, Best Couples Costume, Best Table Decorations. Use of Sports & Health Club, Pool, Beach. Schedule of events expected in Feb/March. CSC Board Meeting for CSC reps. (Sun morning)

Added-cost Optional events: (1) Thurs early-arrival party (2) optional sports events such as golf, mini golf & lunch, pickleball - TBA later in Feb, (3) maybe more.

LODGING: 2BR/2BA fully-equipped and spacious condos in the Brighton Tower (Ocean Front). Per-person price for 3-nights is $285 plus any payment processing fees. Bedding is 1-King & 2-Queens with Q-sofa. All meals are on your own. Spaces are limited. Single occupancy extra. If you would like other options, please email/call trip leader as soon as possible.

LOCATION: We will be staying at the Kingston Plantation, 9800 Queensway Blvd; Myrtle Beach SC. (Use your favorite GPS) Check-in will be at the Embassy Suites to the north of the water park. The Brighton Tower is the first bldg on the south side of the water park.

TRANSPORTATION: Myrtle Beach is an approximately 9+ hour drive (600+ miles) from Nashville. Drive on your own schedule. If you would like to drive/ride in possible ride-sharing, please contact the Trip Leader at sign-up. Some may choose to fly.

COST: (lodging at double occupancy & taxes) is $285 per person. Optional events may require separate registration and payment.

Print out the Trip Waiver, fill it out and mail it with your check (made out to Nashville Ski Club) to the trip leader at the address below.
