Calling all ski bums, boarders, and mountain lovers — it’s time to rally the crew and head to Keystone Resort for an epic winter getaway full of fresh powder, crisp corduroy, and great vibes!

As our most budget-friendly trip of the 2026 season, this is the perfect chance to hit the slopes without breaking the bank. Plus, we’re thrilled to return to Keystone — it's been over a decade since our last visit in 2013, and we’re long overdue for another round of alpine adventure.

Travel Details:
We’ll fly nonstop from Nashville to Denver, then board a private charter bus to Keystone. Don’t worry — we’ll make a grocery and liquor stop along the way so you can stock up on provisions and après essentials.

Keystone is part of the Epic Pass family and your trip leaders strongly recommend purchasing an Epic Day Pass, Epic Local Pass, Full Epic Pass, or Keystone Plus Pass. It’s significantly more cost-effective than group lift tickets for this trip.

Dates: Saturday, January 24 - Saturday, January 31, 2026

Lodging:  River Run Condominiums, 2 BR/2 BA units

Lodging, Air & Ground package: includes 7 nights lodging, round-trip air to Denver, ground transportation, group dinners and socials:  $1,596

Land only: includes 7 nights lodging, ground transportation (when flights align with the club's flights), group dinners and socials: $1,353

Lift tickets: Options from 4 to 6 days available; 5-day lifts for $620. Check the Ski Passes page on this site for Epic Pass options or you may buy Epic Passes or group lift tickets directly from the tour operator when you sign up.


Payment Schedule

While you may pay in full at any time before the due dates, at a minimum we must receive the amounts below by the specified dates:

$300 due at sign-up
Additional $650 due 09/24/25
Balance due 12/10/25

To sign up:

  • If you are a current NSC member log into this (NSC) website after the July 11 membership meeting and you'll see a link that will allow you to complete the sign up on the tour operator's website. If you've forgotten your user id click on the Forgot Username/Password link on the sign-in screen and your Username will be sent to you and/or reset your password yourself.  If you still have issues please email membership@nashvilleskiclub.org for assistance.
  • If you're not yet a member of the Nashville Ski Club, please click on the JOIN button above in the blue menu bar to get the process started. Once you've paid and your membership has been provisionally approved you'll receive a user name and password.  Then you can come back to this page to sign up.
