Palisades Tahoe: Legendary Terrain & Lakeside Luxury

Get ready to carve your mark on history! The Nashville Ski Club is heading to the Olympic waters of the stunning Lake Tahoe area to conquer Palisades Tahoe—the third largest ski resort in all of North America. Renowned for its vibrant, sun-drenched California ski culture and some of the most iconic alpine views on earth, this trip pairs legendary world-class skiing with jaw-dropping sightseeing opportunities all around the lake.

Palisades Tahoe boasts a massive, sprawling playground of over 3,600 skiable acres and 187 uniquely diverse trails. Whether you want to cruise wide-open, perfectly manicured intermediate highways or test your mettle on the iconic steep faces that birthed modern extreme skiing, you will never run out of mountain to explore. Combined with a spectacular average annual snowfall of over 400 inches, you have a fantastic shot at scoring that pristine Sierra powder.

The Village Vibe: Heart of the Action
We are checking in to The Village at Palisades Tahoe, staying in spacious, premium two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums. Located directly at the main base area, you’ll be steps away from the lifts, vibrant après-ski spots, cozy fire pits, boutique shopping, and excellent dining. There is absolutely no need to worry about rental cars or shuttles—when you stay in the village, the best of Tahoe is right outside your door.

Travel & Logistics

Flights: We'll fly into the convenient Reno-Tahoe Airport (RNO), just an hour away.
Ground Transit: Our dedicated club charter bus will handle the rest, providing seamless ground transportation from Reno straight to the resort, including a built-in grocery and supply stop along the way to keep your condo fully stocked.

Your trip package comes fully loaded with a fantastic lineup of built-in club events and mountain amenities to make the week unforgettable:

Social & Dining Scene: We kick off the Tahoe adventure with a lively Group Welcome Party on Sunday night, gather mid-week for an incredible Group Dinner, and salute a legendary week of skiing with a Group Farewell Party on Friday night.
Complimentary Mountain Tours: Don't waste time looking at trail maps. From Monday through Thursday, you can take advantage of expert-led, complimentary group Mountain Tours designed to show our crew the secret powder stashes, the best views, and the absolute finest cruisers on the mountain.

Lodging: The Village at Palisades Tahoe Condominiums, 2 BR/2 BA units

Lodging, Air & Ground package: includes 7 nights lodging, round-trip air to Reno, ground transportation, group dinners and socials: $2,505

Land only: includes 7 nights lodging, ground transportation (when flights align with the club's flights), group dinners and socials: $1,774

Lift tickets: Options from 4 to 6 days available; 5-day lifts for $575 ($518 for those age 70 or more). Check the Ski Passes page on this site for Ikon Pass options or you may buy Ikon Passes or group lift tickets directly from the tour operator when you sign up.

Payment Schedule

While you may pay in full at any time before the due dates, at a minimum we must receive the amounts below by the specified dates:

$300 due at sign-up
Additional $1000 due 11/22/26
Balance due 01/06/27

If you are a current NSC member log into this (NSC) website after the July 10 membership meeting and you'll see a link that will allow you to complete the sign up on the tour operator's website. If you've forgotten your user id click on the Forgot Username/Password link on the sign-in screen and your Username will be sent to you and/or reset your password yourself.
