Vail: Return to the Peak of Luxury & Legendary Bowls

Can you believe the Nashville Ski Club hasn't been to the illustrious Vail Resort since 2016? Eleven years is far too long to stay away from Colorado’s crown jewel. The time has come to gather your ski buddies, pack your gear, and get ready to conquer the largest ski resort in Colorado! Sprawling across a massive 5,317 acres of beautiful high-mountain terrain, Vail is a winter wonderland that hits every single right button.

Whether you want to carve endless, perfectly manicured corduroy groomers or plunge into the world-famous, legendary Back Bowls, February tracks will catch the mountain at its absolute peak of tantalizing powder perfection. Off the slopes, you will experience a world-class pedestrian village boasting shopping and dining options galore—some of the finest you will find on any mountain anywhere. If anyone asks why you're signing up for this trip, the answer is simple: Because it’s Vail. Enough said.

The Lodging: The Landmark at Vail
Our home away from home for the week is The Landmark at Vail, nestled right in the vibrant heart of Lionshead Village. We are staying in spacious, upscale two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums that put us smack-dab in the middle of everything Vail has to offer.

Location is everything here: you are just a short, easy stroll to both the Eagle-Bahn Gondola and the Born Free Express Lift at the base of the mountain. After a legendary day on the slopes, you can cook up a gourmet meal in your full kitchen or cozy up by the fireplace to swap stories from the back bowls.

Seamless Travel & Scenic Transit
We have made getting to the Rockies completely stress-free with non-stop flights from Nashville directly into Denver, meaning no connecting flights or airport layover hassles.

Once we land, our private club coach bus will be waiting to whisk us away. We will make a convenient first stop at King Soopers and AppleJack Wine & Spirits on the west side of Denver so you can stock up on all your essential condo provisions and mountain libations. From there, it is just a spectacular, hour-and-a-half scenic drive through the Rockies straight to our village check-in.

Exclusive Club Socials & Dining
We have a fantastic lineup of built-in club events planned to make sure your week is just as fun off the mountain as it is on it:
  • Welcome Reception: We kick things off on arrival day with a lively welcome party designed to reacquaint old friends, welcome new members, and help everyone pair up with ski buddies of similar styles.

  • Mid-Week Dining: We will gather for two hosted group dinners during the week at local venues that will most assuredly tickle your taste buds.

  • The Grand Finale: We wrap up an epic week of skiing on Friday night with a classic club Pizza Party to reminisce over our exploits and favorite mountain memories.

Important Lift Ticket Info (Need to Know)
Vail is a premier Epic Pass platform resort. Because the industry is shifting away from traditional group lift tickets, the club will not be selling individual ticket packages for this trip. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase an Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, or Epic Day Pass online well in advance (ideally before December 2026) to lock in the absolute best rates before the season starts.
