2026-27 Trips:

Kick off the 2027 season in style at the resort that defines mountain luxury. Whether you’re looking for perfectly manicured corduroy or the steep challenges of the Birds of Prey downhill course, Beaver Creek offers an unrivaled experience for every level of skier.

We’re returning to the Rockies with a group of Nashville Ski Club members for a week of incredible snow, world-class dining, and the effortless convenience of mountain-side living.

The Luxury of Location: The Charter
Forget the morning commute. We are returning to The Charter, featuring luxury 2-bedroom/2-bath condos (4 people per unit).

Ski-In/Ski-Out: Enjoy easy access to the slopes (weather permitting) or take the complimentary shuttle for a two-minute ride to the heart of Beaver Creek Village.
Black-Tie Service: Skip the rental lines! We’ve partnered with Black Tie Ski Rentals, who will deliver and fit your gear right in our condos.
Off-Slope Adventures: Use your downtime for spa services, snowmobiling, sledding, or snowshoeing—all available nearby.

The Full Package Experience
We handle the logistics so you can focus on the turns. Your trip includes:

Seamless Transit: Group air to Denver followed by a private charter bus directly to our condos.
The "Provision" Stop: Our private bus includes a dedicated stop for groceries and drinks so you can stock your condo for the week.
Social Dining: Your trip cost includes two curated group dinners. We are currently scouting the best local gems—from cozy mountain-top cabins to elegant village bistros.

Lodging: The Charter Condominiums, 2 BR/2 BA units

Lodging, Air & Ground package: includes 7 nights lodging, round-trip air to Denver, ground transportation, group dinners and socials: $2,498

Land only: includes 7 nights lodging, ground transportation (when flights align with the club's flights), group dinners and socials: $2,109

Lift tickets: Check the Ski Passes page on this site for Epic Pass options (including Epic Day Passes for 1-7 days) or you may buy multi-resort Epic Passes directly from the tour operator when you sign up. Resort-specific lift tickets will only be available after Epic Passes are no longer on sale (usually early December).

Payment Schedule

While you may pay in full at any time before the due dates, at a minimum we must receive the amounts below by the specified dates:

$300 due at sign-up
Additional $800 due 10/09/26
Balance due 11/24/26

If you are a current NSC member log into this (NSC) website after the July 10 membership meeting and you'll see a link that will allow you to complete the sign up on the tour operator's website. If you've forgotten your user id click on the Forgot Username/Password link on the sign-in screen and your Username will be sent to you and/or reset your password yourself.
