Join your Ski Club friends as we venture out to the Big South Fork Recreation Area. This difficult 5.8 mile loop has ladder climbing, some rock scrambling, and possible water crossing depending on water flow. We’ll start at the top and venture our way down into the Big South Fork river valley and back out again. We’ll meet at the Cracker Barrel in Mt. Juliet at exit 226A, and carpool to the trailhead leaving at 7:30am SHARP! It will take 2.5 hours to arrive at the trailhead, and expect the hike to last 3 hours. Bring waterproof hiking boots, and a light lunch for the trail. RSVPs will be strictly monitored. Click on the button above to register. Group sizes are limited for safety. Please be kind and let the organizer know if you have to cancel. Please read the below notice. Signing up for this event is considered agreement with this notice.
