Weekend (or more) in the Smokies

A weekend in the Smokies is a fun weekend with members of 17 other Crescent Ski Clubs in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Join us October 27-29 for hiking, a trout facility tour, moonshine tasting, ski resort trade show with food, wine & beer, and a Halloween DJ costume dance party with dessert, beer and wine.

We’re staying at the Glenstone Lodge with discounted group rates (about 50% off normal rates for this time of year - you can add up to 3 nights before and 3 nights after and make your own vacation).

For those in club leadership, or those wanting to join club leadership, there will be meetings on Sat morning on Trips, Recreational Racing, and Club Administration.

(RSVP required): Hiking in the Smokies - Sat 9 am departure (3-5 hour tour)
(RSVP required): Ole Smoky Moonshine Tasting and tour - Sat 1 pm

Conference Registration: Members only. Register and pay on event page by 5 pm on Mon, Sept 11. You will need to designate which activities/meetings you plan to participate in. $52/person
Box lunch for Sat am meetings; Sat 6pm-9pm Vendor Trade Show incl hot and cold Hors D'oeuvres, snacks, wine, & beer; Sat 9:00 pm - 11:30 pm DJ Dance party incl desserts, beer & wine.

Transportation: Gatlinburg is approx 180 miles from Nashville, and one time zone change. You will arrange your own transportation, or we can try to help you carpool if notified upon your registration.
