Our 2027 ski trips are now on sale! To learn more about our trips, click on the TRIPS link in the menu above. You must be a member to sign up for our trips and you may click on the JOIN option in the menu to get that process started. Our destinations for 2027 are:

Beaver Creek, CO - January 9-16, 2027

Mammoth, CA - January 23-30, 2027

Vail, CO - February 6-13, 2027

Palisades Tahoe, CA - February 21-28, 2027

Hakuba Valley, Japan - March 7-17, 2027

All our trips are now waitlisted. Please see the individual trip pages for availability. A trip may have available space but are waitlisted due to bedding configurations. *Please* join the waitlist if you're interested as we may be able to expand some trips. Joining the waitlist means no downpayment and you're not obligated to take the space should one open up.

Missed the November meeting? Join us at Crow's Nest in Green Hills on December 1st. We'll begin socializing around 5:30 PM and the meeting will begin at 6:30 PM. We'll cover upcoming events and trip leaders will be on hand to answer your questions. Guests and Visitors are always welcome! Help us out and please register for the event (more than 24 hours in advance, if possible) if you plan to come.

If you're not a member but would like twice-monthly updates on our social events, join our email list by clicking on the Add Me To Your Mailing List link at the very top of this page. If you'd like to receive our annual trip mailer in late June/early July, please include your postal address too. Members of our club receive a more detailed email each week with members-only discounts and events. Once you join the club you'll automatically be switched to the members email list.

We kicked off November with a new-to-us meeting place, Mill Creek Brewing Co. in Nolensville. Though it was still warm outside, our thoughts are turning more and more to our upcoming ski trips! Be sure to join us next month in Green Hills.

We closed out October with a hike to Window Cliffs and Burgess Falls. The warm weather stuck around this year, providing delightful hiking temperatures. We'll keep hiking through the winter so make plans to join us now!

We mixed things up a bit for our October Gastronomic Gallivant. We traded limited, upscale seating for outdoor picnic tables and homemade Italian at Little Hats in Franklin. When we were finished we stopped next door at Handel's (owned by club member Matt!) for some top-of-the-line ice cream to finish off our dinner.

Our club's representatives enjoyed a weekend in the Smokies with other Crescent Ski Council club members. Hiking, a moonshine tour, and a ski trade show were among the activities for the weekend. Be sure to join us next year!

On October 22nd we enjoyed happy hour at Perry's Steakhouse in Franklin. It's a club favorite and several of us stuck around for a great meal!

On October 18th we hit the trails at Beaman Park to enjoy the crisp air for a second day in a row. The creek reflects just how much we need rain!

On October 17th we enjoyed some of the first cool weather in a long time as we had a picnic at Arrington Vineyards and enjoyed some live jazz music.

We had a good turnout for our October membership meeting in Brentwood at Karrington Rowe. As the weather slowly begins to cool our excitement level for our upcoming trips heats up! Plus we have a number of local events to keep us busy in the meantime.

On October 4th we got up early to hike the ridges at Radnor Lake, our final tune-up before the Charit Creek weekend. The views were definitely worth it!

Our September Gastronomic Gallivant was at Serrano's Steakhouse in Brentwood. The food was fantastic and the company was pretty great too! Our October GG will be a much more casual affair, open to members, visitors, and guests alike so sign up for it now!

On September 29th we went to Second Harvest Food Bank to help sort food. Thanks to Calita for organizing things and to all the folks who volunteered their time: Jessie, Kevin, Jeff, Beth, Joe, and Tim.

On September 25th we enjoyed great live music at the Full Moon Pickin' Party at Percy Warner Park. It's so cool to see so many talented musicians in one place!

On September 19th we got up early to beat the heat and hiked both ridges at Radnor Lake. While we had a great time, we're looking forward to the incoming cooler weather!

We went back to Popstroke on September 2nd, to play their version of mini-golf in a temperature-controlled environment which was a great break from the heat. Nobody is sure who won but we all had a great time!

Our September meeting was at Fozzy's in Cool Springs. We had a great turnout and are wishing for ski season to help us cool off from the heat!

I'm in beta club, student government, debate, a civic service fellowship called rhizome, I did battle of the books for 2 years, and I'm in girl scouts as well

Do you have any pets? What are their names?
I have an orange tabby named Skippy!

Did you have a stuffed animal as a child? What was its name?
My favorite stuffed animal as a kid (and still is) is a pink dog named Doyle (he has a music box inside of him and you pull his tail and he plays a lullaby)

What is your favorite hobby?
I love to read and watch tv shows

What was your favorite concert you attended?
I went to Chelsea Wolfe's concert in Asheville for her new album "The Dark"
